ABOUT OUR COMPANY
We would absolutely love to have you visit our facility in Tell City, IN where we would welcome you with a warm handshake and a cold drink. It's our absolute pleasure to show you how your product is made and you can see that we absolutely love what we do.
Midwest Barnwood was founded by Bobby Bartlett and Ryan Marion. Bobby is a 4th generation lumberman and manages the factory operation. Think of him as the wise, mentor who knows how to get things done and get them done right the first time. I'm the young one on the right with my wife Stacy and handle most everything else to make sure our beautiful products make it to you home or business. We started working together 12 years ago and combined forces in 2014 where his lumber and production savvy and my engineered floor expertise and custom finishing capability could combine into one complete operation.
Although we have been producing reclaimed flooring and walls for years as well as supplying many other manufacturers with lumber, we knew that we had something special to the market and it deserved to stand by itself.

MORE ABOUT OUR RECLAIMED LUMBER
The biggest key to our success is the consistency of the quality of our reclaimed lumber supply. What we produce today is the same product you see as a sample or floor from years ago. Truly authentic reclaimed products are difficult for large scale manufacturing which is why you see so much faux reclaimed. Over the years, we have secured literally over a million board feet of reclaimed barn siding and reclaimed structural lumber which will last us for decades.
Producing reclaimed wall panels and floors takes finesse. Every inch of every board is inspected by hand (nails tear up equipment). Each step in the process requires a meticulous set-up for each piece of equipment to produce a precision product. We can do this because we are very selective on the quality of the reclaimed lumber we work with because a top quality product can only be made from top quality material.
